– Equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast table with 4 stools, dining table for 4/6 people;
– Living room with HD TV Sat. 32″, sofa double bed, double chest of drawers;
– Bathroom with cristal shower, towels, hairdryer and courtesy line;
– Pinewood-view balcony with dining table and chairs.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Minimum Stay:7 Days. Arrivals/Departures Day: Sunday
The price includes:

The price does not include:
- Security deposit of € 200,00 for each apartment required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out after a damage inspection of the accomodation.
- Tourist tax: (from 01/04/2018 to 30/09/2018) € 1,50 per person per day up to 7 days, excluding children from 0 to 12.
Optional services (upon request only):
- Private parking (reservation needed before arrival): € 10,00 per day/each car
- Car Pass (for public car spaces outside Residence): € 20,00 for each week
- Extra clearing during the week: € 30,00 each day
- Extra change of bed linen: € 10,00 for each linen set
