Two Bedroom apartment, located on the first floor, composed of:
– double bedroom with balcony access, chest of drawers, three doors wardrobe with electronic safe;
– second bedroom with twin beds/second double bed, two doors wardrobe;
– living room and equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, induction hob Indesit, Mokona Bialetti espresso coffee machine, dining table for 6/8 people, HD Tv Sat. 32″ Samsung, double sofa bed and chaise longue with second bed convertible into two single beds or double bed;
– Street view balcony with sofa and armchairs;
– bathroom with crystal box shower, towels, hairdryer and courtesy line.
This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
Minimum Stay: 7 Days. Arrivals/Departures Day: Sunday

The price does not include:
- Security deposit of € 200,00 for each apartment required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out after a damage inspection of the accomodation.
- Tourist tax: (from 01/04/2018 to 30/09/2018) € 1,50 per person per day up to 7 days, excluding childrens from 0 to 12.

- Private parking (reservation needed before arrival): € 10,00 per day/each car
- Car Pass (for public car spaces outside Residence): € 20,00 for each week
- Extra clearing during the week: € 30,00 each day
- Extra change of bed linen: € 10,00 for each linen set

- Pets (only if small breed): € 50,00 for final disinfection
