One Bedroom apartment located on second floor and composed of:
– double bedroom with private balcony overlooking the pinewood, two sliding doors wardrobe, chest of drawers and electronic safe;
– large living room and equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, frezeer, Indesit induction hob , Lavazza espresso coffee machine, dining table for 6 people, Samsung HD Tv Sat. 32″, two sofa beds with second bed convertible into four single beds or two double beds;
– pinewood-view balcony with dining table and chairs;
– bathroom with courtain shower , towels, hairdryer and courtesy line.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Minimum Stay: 7 Days. Arrivals/Departures Day: Sunday
The price includes:

The price does not include:
- Security deposit of € 200,00 for each apartment required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out after a damage inspection of the accomodation.
- Tourist tax: (from 01/04/2018 to 30/09/2018) € 1,50 per person per day up to 7 days, excluding childrens from 0 to 12.
Optional services (upon request only):
- Private parking (reservation needed before arrival): € 10,00 per day/each car
- Car Pass (for public car spaces outside Residence): € 20,00 for each week
- Extra clearing during the week: € 30,00 each day
- Extra change of bed linen: € 10,00 for each linen set
- Extra change of towels: € 10,00 each person
- Pets (only if small breed): € 50,00 for final disinfection
- Small bed for children/Cot: € 30,00
- Extra coffe capsules: € 10,00 each box with 16 capsules
